Bonjour!
Cela touche plus le milieu scientifique que musical...mais bon... Cela n'en n'est pas moins epoustoufflant. Les USA refusent de publier des articles scientifiques de l'axe du mal... Il y a une petition a signer si cela vous dit... Je crois que ca vaut la peine. J'ai plusieurs amis iraniens ici qui ont reelement des problemes a cause de leurs origines... C'est pas facile...

You may know that recently US State Dept. have decided to ban publishing
ANY scientific paper with the address from Iran and a couple of
other countries. Of course I do not understand the logic at all, these
poor people just want to freely share the results of their studies!!!!.
To my knowledge the APS has refused to implement this code but others,
such as chemistry and electrical engineering journals have done so.
And it is quite likely that Phys. Rev. journals would do so......
It might be helpful if you also sign the online petition which can be
